Hey guys! I'm 6'0 and I still have a little bit of fat on my legs and back and chest are looking great and I just want to sculpt everything up, put in more cuts and dents, and tighten everything up mostly my abs. I train twice a day and do cardio 45 minutes a day to every other day kinda depends is there anything you guys recommend? My diet is unbelievably strict because cometition is on 6 months. Any advise would help! Thanks

If you have made progress and have a good diet do you really need a change?

Are you still progressing?

I am just wanting Abe training tips and any other helpful advise. Like I say my competition is in 6 months and I was one of the blessed one by being able to gain amazing mass like its a walk in the park but not the best when it comes to cutting and crushing the edges

lower your carbs dramatically and maybe through in a nice fat burner like norcodrene by pes and then up your cardio and see how that works.

I only eat 56 to 66 carbs a day and do 45 mins of cardio a day sometimes every other day just depends on the night before. And I take roxylean for my fat burner

I doubt you'll listen to the correct t awnser but the you should add some carbs back in to the diet and more than likely a bit of cals overall. When was your last refeed? If your starting to get close to breaking single digits you should be having a 300+ carb refeed weekly. Dieting too strict messes a lot of things up in the body and can actually stall fat loss for awhile and throw off hormones like cortisol, leptin ect. Lyle McDonald and Alan Aragon have had the best info on dieting out there for years so look up their studies if you want to learn more

Also taking a week break from dieting to eat maintenance can really help speed up fat loss in the long run

i argee with Revival - stunning your body with a break from your dieting will not only help the process, but give you consider losses in the weight department.

For me what seemed to work was this combination

Last month of cutting go keto, and do fasted training upon waking with y-Hcl
