Screwed up a Suspension, Need Some Help

Due to current circumstances I was unable to get ahold of the PEG400 I planned on mixing some Proviron in, so I tried on the advice of another some Bacardi 151. 2.5g of P in 100ml of 151 looking for a 25mg/ml solution. Well sufficed to say, it does not hold. I tried hot water bathes and it still wont hold in suspension for more than a few seconds at best. I thought that perhaps adding some olive oil to the mix might help, but before I go any further I was hoping I could get some advice from more experienced homebrewers.

Also to note, I'm hopefully awaiting the delivery of some PEG400, should I recieve this, what would be the ideal amount to add to my current set up?

Why not just shake it before each use and draw quickly? Its more accurate than you would think. I used to use EVOO and it would be homogenously mixed for atleast 15 seconds, so i could draw what i needed out before it crashed again.
