Scrambled egg / omelette

I'm currently prepping my meals for the next few days and was wondering how long an omelette or scrambled egg would last in the fridge? Also I would be eating them cold.

It's just I don't always have time to make them before the gym so thought this might be an easier option.

"According to the health department, potentially hazardous foods (like scrambled eggs) can be safely kept at 41*F for 7 days"

As a personal rough rule, I'd give it a week for each method of preservation. Cooked, salted, refrigerated food in an airtight container? Dat dere a munf.

You could also make egg muffins. Take you eggs and put them in a muffin pan and bake them. You can add different veggies or cheese to it. Makes it very easy to transport.
