How did I miss this subbed
First off morning this week and it's needed.
Probably end up taking a complete rest day then wake up Saturday and murder a nice fullbody session. All depends on how I'm feeling this evening.
Nothing much to mention in here but that a preWO dose of volume is nice.
This weekend MY LOG will be active so I'll have more HARD data to post up then.
Volume has been took and deads are about to be dominated.
Bad news....
Looks like my weekend plans are about to be canceled.
Now my fingers are crossed I'll be able to pick up a leg press/hack squat setup for my gym.
Just been crazy busy but still kicking.
Finished up my bottles last weekend and it was a nice way to end the run because I was with my GF and got to reap the benifits of this stack multiple times a day for 3 days in a row.
