First I want to thank @Afi140, Hard Rock Supplements and strongsupplementshop.com for the opportunity to log this.

I did a full deload for over a month after my last log. I have done quite well in keeping some of my strength and this is a great time to put this product to the test.

Colossal Muscle has a dosing protocol of 2 caps 2X daily. The grand total of the dosing is 1000 mgs of turkesterone extract and 1000 mgs of ecdysterone I believe. So this should be a nice test.

My training is my own version of the POF type with 5X5 for bench and squats. I will be reloading as I go so it should be a real test of the product.

I'm 64 and on very low dose trt(100 mgs per week) so gains in strength will be from the product. Started dosing today even tho training starts Monday.

I will take 2 caps with am meal and 2 with recovery meal on training days(dinner on days I don't train).

Strength gains will be recorded in the log and I will tell about the feelz 😜 also.

I've already been going full nerd studying turkesterone and ecdysterones. It appears the anabolic effect comes from agonizing beta estrogen receptors. The cool thing is the beta estrogen appears to counter alpha estrogen side effects such as pbh somewhat.


Serms block Alpha ERs to restore HTPA hence turkesterone and other ecdysterones don't suppress it much.


I took my first dose yesterday with food because of better absortion and it helps with gut issues. My second dose was a little prior to dinner.. No bad gut issues so far.


The test for strength in a lot of studies was 1 rep bench max so that's pretty cool.


I will do 5 X 5 on bench the first three weeks and see what I can bang out doing a pyramid rep scheme on week four. Might even try a big squat we'll see.


No bad feelings yet. Can't wait to see how I feel on international bench day 😀 tomorrow.

BTW, I weighed in at gym the day before I started dosing the Colossal Muscle(Friday) at 182.
My goals are more about strength but lean gains are good.

My training protocol will be like this:
Monday: chest & tris
Tuesday: leg day (my second favorite)
Wednesday: 1 hour recombinant bike(leg recovery)
Thursday: Back & biceps
Friday: delts & crunches(doing a lot of angles to bring the delts up)
Walking on weekends here and there.
 
I was able to easily do my bench work today. A lot of ppl do bench on Monday but it wasn't that crowded.

I do the Pause work work on the flat bench and change to the Cybex for heavier stuff. The reason for that is I'm working on fixing the damage from having a pec tear and trying to get my flat bench back.

I will try to get to 5X5 for 225 on the Cybex the third week and see what kinda heavies I can do in the fourth week.

I be taking other lifts up as I go. Pretty much deloaded from the last cycle and it would be great to start out heavier on the next. We'll see. The * is to show where to take things up for next week.

No, I didn't skip leg day. My daughter was having some gut issues yesterday and I took her to get checked. She's fine it wasn't serious.

Did legs today. Gonna be bumping it up kinda quickly it looks like.
I'm thinking this really is gonna make me stronger. Would be great going into my next run strong at the beginning.

I will probably miss my recombinant thing. Legs don't feel bad yet but that's usually the next couple days.

Wow! The vascularity is crazy with this stuff. I take a gram of AAKG with my pre-workout which has another gram in it but this stuff definitely amps the nitric oxide.
I also put a scoop of whey to take advantage of the muscle building effect.

I started to take a pic in the gym but the lighting wasn't going to show it. Veins were showing quite well in the arms and legs.

Taking the weight up a bit in the bicep stuff. This is kinda POF but a bit more volume. Imagine me doing that 😀

Yeah. I'm sold on this stuff already. You feel good, muscles are hard and veins popping out. Couldn't help but think about stacking it certain andros.

My rear delt training hits the middle back a bit too. I might change it a bit later with some one arm rows.

Have to say I love have muscle fullness, nice pumps and even vascularity already! I do the weird ohp because of a shoulder click I have from having a separation.

Strength is steady going up. This kinda reminds of running moderately dosed 1-andro. Dry, hard look already and I'm not even eating super clean. Mostly just making sure to get a lot of protein. Kinda cool being able to do this between prohormone cycles.

That's the biggest thing for me is making sure I get enough grams of protein in each day. It's definitely a struggle sometimes or I have to make a point to do it.
 
A lot of volume in here, and from the sounds of it so far, this product seems like a winner! Might just have to give it a shot.

Nice Hack Squat numbers. Love the 5 by 5s especially on squat.
 
I'm not sure exactly how this stuff works but am convinced already that it does. Part of it is agonizing of the beta estrogen receptors like the heavy Andros do but there's more to it.
While it doesn't do the dht lock in thing, you feel good and strength goes up.
I can't do the two doses 4 to 6 hrs apart however. If I do, I get lethargy after the second. I have to take the second much later.

You could probably dose once and get 8 weeks out of a bottle. That would be pretty cool. It reminds me of how the 1-andro(which I ❤) does me. If you get lethargy just take the second dose close to bed or only take one.

I'm doing the one hour bike thing today(positive leg recovery). I will tell about the vein popping back & bis workout next.

I love this workout while on the Colossal Muscle! The pumps and veins popping out are crazy. Muscles feel hard and the vascularity shows quite well. Strength is steady going up on the reload.

Always makes me feel like everything is synced and clicking when I get a good pump and vascularity is on point.
 
Nice workout today. It's kinda wild how veins puff out no matter what I'm doing.
It's cool that I'm reloading before my next prohormone cycle. I try to do everything in white/gray market now. Will probably turn into Darth Vader again but I like finding stuff that really works.
