Our liver is always under stress. What to do in these cases? Every time I do the exams, I have high transaminases!
How to get around the problem?
Makes you wonder how the human race has survived without supplements doesn't it.
I understand what you mean, the liver is an auto repairer organ. But I tried to understand if there was something to give it greater support. Legal question, or not?![]()
Liver supplements are discussed ad nauseam on this board. Things like TUDCA and NAC are constantly being recommended and talked about.
I don't understand your incessant need to create threads on this forum, but hey it's your life.

Liver support supplement. Run at higher dosage than recommended for about 1 month, works for me!
I purchased NAC, I take 2400mg every day.
Why so much?

I just had Intravenous vit C(15g) glutathione, NAC, taurine, b vitamins. Plan on doin this 4 Times a year for anti aging/overall health. For $120 for all that I think it’s a good value and more efficient.
I’ve been wondering about this too! There’s a couple of places where I live that offer these services. Did you notice any immediate benefits?
I didn't see any recommendations there for 2400mg? Out of the dozen or so studied doses, how many used 2400mg?
"Contrasto mediata nefropatia (insufficienza renale acuta) è stata migliorata con dosaggi di N-acetilcisteina due volte al giorno fino a 1200 mg ogni. Anche, 600 mg sono state somministrate dosi due volte al giorno con simili effetti positivi. Sono state somministrate dosi orali per 7 giorni. Dosi orali possono essere seguite da iniezioni endovenose a 600 mg due volte al giorno per 2 giorni."
