Goal is to gain back at least 10-20lbs and bulk up I've been training with ph's for the last year and overall training for the past ten years on and off and my diet is probably not wher it's supposed to be but I'm working on it.
 
Its grunty enough on its own but youll want to run it with a base, ie 4andro, epiandro, super dhea, dtrest...

Youll also want a SERM for PCT.
 
Should I stack anything with lgd 4033 or is it strong enough to run by itself with a pct?

A Test Base.
BPS Demacrine is a tried and tested favourite but OL's new Sup3r-DHEA is looking promising.
Others include 4-Andro, if you really want to bulk up or Epi-Andro, if you want nice lean and dry gains.

That'd be a good option. I'd take this suggestion and see how it goes.

further the above, may have missed it-

have you ran either of these before; solo? if not, i would strongly recommend you sticking with one at at time and then after you run both seperately (unless you have used 1 or the other) then run both. if you run both together w/o prior knowledge you will not get the most of this and will come up short.

I was gonna do my pct with clomid too is that enough by itself or should I get a test booster to take with the pct

I meant lgd and epiandro and with that what's a good joint support I can take with it

You can find Epi-Andro (I'd suggest OL's Sup3r-Epi) in most specialised online supplement stores
StrongSupplementShop and NutriVerse spring to mind. You're gunna have to dig a little deeper to find yourself some LGD though, but this is when the internet is your friend ;)

Clomid is a fine SERM choice, stacking it with some natty anabolics like AlphaMax XT and/or Follidrone will just make for a better and smoother PCT recovery.

Where as joint support recommendations I'd suggest Animal's Flex and around 4-6g of Omega 3 per day
