LGD is in no way shape or form overrated, maybe others, but LGD is legit ****. Ran it many times with SOLID results.

Lgd has been tried and true for me

Also it may tank your t levels but not your LH and FSH by many peoples blood works so the gains are comparable to heavy PH's and recovery should generally be easier

LH and FSH have been shown to be effected in some individuals but yes it's not to the same degree as PH's

Yes, mine were at about 4.5 and 4.2 pre cycle and post cycle were 2.7 and 2.5 so it wasn't terrible at all, but having no free t felt like dropping the soap..
