so a bit about me.
age 29
height 5'8
weight 77.5kg
BF 16.4%
So my goal is to drop bodyfat whilst trying to keep my lean mass round about the same level. so far it has dropped 2kg between half way through december and half way through january. in the last month i have managed to keep lean mass the same whilst bodyfat comes down.
Currently i train 3 - 4 times a week, i do a mix of HIIT and strength training. i get my bodyfat measured every 2 weeks. My diet is spot on, no guesswork, all measured out.
the lowest bodyfat i have achieved was 6.1% back in 2015 but an injury left me unable to train and i used it as an excuse to eat **** again.
i started at 23% BF half way through december, i am losing about 3% per month. i am thinking about running 2 sarms caradine and S4 when i hit about 10-12% to try to keep my lean mass the same whilst also helping reduce bodyfat.
i plan on using them for 12 weeks
Has anyone had any experience cycling these 2 together, and if so what kind of results did you get.
any advice welcome cheers
