Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Decided to go light so I didn't screw up my shoulder again. Holy crap my shoulders got weak!
BB Bench Press 135x5x5
Military Press (I sucked :lol
DB Pullovers 60x4x6
Dips BWx4x8 (Still need to get a dip belt)
Seated Shoulder Flys 15x3x10
No pain today so it looks like I should be good to go with my chest and shoulder workouts.

Takes me a tad longer to adjust from light -> dark but that's about it.
