Sarms Liquid or Caps?

I have used lgd caps for my first cycle and now I am trying out rad 140. Was curious of liquid or Caps which is better or can you get the same benefit out of both?

this is going to come down to you- every forum is for and against both. run the cost of both.
 
I am curious weather the liquid is worth the extra money it cost.... I have taken pills and seemed to have ok success but I hear the body doesn't actually use It as well because of stomach acid...
