Sarms help. First cycle advice

I am looking at starting a sarms cycle, I’m new to this type of settlement. I’m looking at S 23, YK 11 and ostarine. I am not on a TRT or taking any other anabolic. I need help with formulating the right stack with each sarm. Any suggestions on what should work well with each sarm. Also, what should I do for pct.
I’m 37yr male. BF 15% 195lbs 5’8”.

Not sure about that. Only other post is asking what leggings are sexy for a woman. Says asking for the wife bit that has a "I'm asking for a friend" vibe about it.
