Sarms Conrtrol Act cleared from the books of Congres

For those of you that don’t know, since the Sarms Control Act of 2018 was not enacted by January 3rd, 2019 which was the end of the last Congress it has been officially cleared from the books of Congress.

Sarms are still only legal to sell as research chemicals, not as supplements for human consumption, however there are always usually a couple companies pushing the envelope and selling them as supplements online. But no, you will not be seeing Sarms appearing at your local Walmart or GNC lol.

You can often find them at mom and pop supplement stores too. I wonder though if it's really dead or if we'll see the sarms control act of 2019 soon enough.

Ya that is what I have heard. I think these mom and pop stores feel they can fly under the radar. I don’t think the FDA bugs them
much. Instead they focus their efforts at going after the source-the manufacturer’s. Big supplement retailers though like GNC and The Vitamin Shoppe would never risk their a$$ by carrying Sarms. Personally I would be worried I might get a Sarm that is actually a prohormone buying my Sarms from a mom and pop supplement store . Do they actually carry brands you have heard of?

Hopefully the bill will go away for a few years. At least Senator Orrin Hatch who is one of the Senator’s who co-sponsored the bill and was always in the pocket of the supplement company’s lobbyists has retired so we don’t have to worry about him trying to propose a similar bill again.

You can sometimes find straight stetoids at Mom and Pops too. But it isn't because their legality has changed. It's because they think they can get by with it.

You are just talking designers like DMZ that haven’t been explicitly scheduled by name yet not stuff that has like Superdrol clones right?

Some still will sell the old SD and halodrol in their stock, to get rid of it, if they still have. Rare now a days though.
