Well its been a long time since I have stopped in here. This board was a home to me for years. Always loved the crowd here.

One of the most ignored things by many people on cycles is the dramatic increases in Hematocrit levels. While it can be beneficial slightly elevated when too high over long periods of times the impact can be devastating. I know this first hand with levels that have crept close to 60. The risk of clotting , stroke, highly elevated BP is terrible. Post cycle with levels like that i can take many months to get the count back in line and that is with frequent blood donations.

Having said all of that does anyone have data regarding SARM's and their impacts on rbc and hematocrit? Data preferably would not just be for low dose clinical studies but also the higher doses likely to be used for BB purposes.

Any info appreciated.

Awesome Rocket, what SARM(s) and dosage were you cycling?

Pro tip: donate plasma, they test your hematocrit levels and pay you to boot, I do it twice a week on or off cycle.

That is a great tip. I really do think people tend to overlook this side of cycles while focusing only on estrogen.

I can also look into my blood values. If I'm right, the hematocrit was good. Will give you in 8-9 hours an update.
Should go to sleep now but there is this film on TV... :D
That's also the advantage of the selective effect of SARM. In my eyes AAS 2.0.

A crap completely forgot that. Sorry about that. Had too much work in the days.
More or less two weeks after my Ostarine cycle (20mg/ed for 10 weeks, 20mg is my personal sweet spot) my hematrocrit level was:

0.470 L/L (Reference: 0.410 - 0.530)

So you see it's mathematically right in the middle of the range :)

- Red Blood cell level was:

4.92 T/L (Reference: 4.5 - 5.9)

All values were within the range, exepted the liver values (ALT) and the HDL. Here we go:

- ALT: 87 U/L (Reference: <45) => 16 days later: 69.4 U/L
- AST: not tested, but for sure also over the reference
- GGT: within range with 18 U/L (Reference: <41)
- HDL: 0.99 mmol/L (Reference: >1)
- Cholesterine total: 4.3 mmol/L (Reference: <5)

Hope, I could help you in some ways, jcam222.

Regards
