SARMs and getting back in the gym.

I've been out of the gym for over a year now. Shoulders all messed up, slightly better but I'm hoping osta will help out with this.

Question:
Since I've been out of the gym for so long, I've grown weak and lost a lot of mass, muscle is still there, it's just not hard anymore. I know the neuromuscular junctions are already premade so rebuilding will be easier than typical, but would it be good to run a cycle my first few weeks back? Maximize the gaining potential since my body has been out for so long? Or would it be more of a hinderance?

I would start with something like creatine on your first couple of weeks while you jumpstart your body. If you had been lifting for awhile, your body will bounce back fast and once you start seeing the first results, that is when I would start the Osta, as it will also take a couple of weeks to kick in.
My 2 cents anyway.

I would go natty for 6-8 weeks and get your grove back. eat good and add creatine as suggested. how old are you? asking because Osta seems to affect people differently depending on age. having a bad sholders sucks (make sure you adjust your lifts to help with the stress on them)

Thanks for the replies, going natty is probably the right option just unsure if my shoulder would be able to make it. I get a nasty pain when I try to do pull-ups so osta is kinda a last ditch effort before I give in and get surgery. I'm only 21, I don't want to have to get shoulder surgery at my age but I'm not seeing a lot of options.

Left was a single dislocation wrestling, right was a double dislocation with damage to the tendons. Right was wrestling as well but it didn't go back in easily both times.

Edit: recently been getting pain in the front of my right shoulder from push ups, work at a pretty labor demanding job which I think has made it worse. Haven't gone back in for an mri or anything like that tho.

I'm assuming you have tried rehab? The 2 old buddies of mine had to have surgery from the same thing (from wrestling) one got it pretty soon after college the other waited until it was dislocating all the time and got tired of it and had surgery at about 30 years old. Both don't lift weights so i'm not sure how successful it was.

Sorry not much help. if it hurts don't do it. I have a bad rotator cuff so its not the same thing. It took me some time to figure out what I could do without it hurting too much. Rehabing on my own over the last 8 weeks has helped some.
there is alot of info on shoulder and chest exercises that are easier on the shoulders.

Does it only bother you with pulling exercises overhead?

Yeah I did 5 months of rehab didn't do much at all. If I move my shoulder right (or wrong) I can actually feel the head of my humerus move in the socket and almost come out before shifting back in with a very loud pop.
Doesn't "bother me" but when I put my arm over my head I can again feel the head of my humerus move in the socket into a weird position so I try to avoid stuff like behind the head Tricep extensions.

A lot of my issues is worrying about my shoulder moving wrong in the socket and then dislocating again at some point.
