SARMS and Anxiety Attack

This morning, I began my dosage of ostarine with 25 mg and my GW with 5 milligrams. It seemed to increase my heart rate because I ended up having an anxiety attack because of this.
I've only have one anxiety attack prior to this and was a result of stimulants.

Are either of these compounds stimulants what so ever or do they have qualities that would cause an anxiety attack? And what might have caused this reaction?

LGD gave me mild anxiety honestly, if you are prone to it it may happen(like me). Just relax...nothing wrong will happen to you ;)

kava kava root drink may help out

Do you think it would be safe to continue my cycle as planned tomorrow? Are there any adverse sides that can come from all this?

I would lower the dosage if I were you. I suffered from depression and anxiety and I always have a benzodiazepinic with me in case of emergency. I only used it twice.
I mean, I'm not telling you to use it always but in case something like this happens again by accident you must be prepared.

Bro if i were you i would probably drop the dosage. As i said earlier relax and think positive. If you dont feel better even with lower dosage stop it. Health>Gains

I have no clue about anxiety attacks but thankfully I know two people very close to me that do have them. Some people depending on what compounds can be prone to anxiety. This includes EQ, Tren, and I would say high doses of Test. I don't see your dosage ever being high due to the fact that you are a woman and there is no reason that you would ever want to run tren. All of this being said if you are prescribed an anti anxiety medicine like alprazolam (i hate that stuff) then take it as needed. I am a very laid back person it takes a lot for me to get rattled but I totally understand when life gets overwhelming.
