I went with 10 reps for a majority of my lifts because ive been going relatively heavy for what seems like a long time. Decided to chill of the heavy weights for a week. I had insane pumps today in my upper and inner chest and biceps as well!

Tomorrows an off day, and friday morning ill go bang out the wheels.

My "diets" been on point today... still have a few meals to eat before bed though.

Bfast
40g steel cut oats
17g honey
33g NUTrition banana granola pb
5oz turkey sausage

Lunch
56g stuffing
6 oz ribeye

Postworkout
1 scoop glycomyx
1 scoop protein
14oz 2% milk
5g creatine, glutamine and leucine

Ill update my food consumption later.. well the rest of my meals. Keep it crispy fellas

I'm with you on andro factory I'm a little leery as well but for free it's worth a shot and if it works then I'll sync my money into another run. Who better to run logs then 2 skeptics right

Testbooster+Ldopa would work. Or use sodium daa + ldopa

Going with aromasin because of the raise in estrogen from the ostarine (all subjective because bloods come from offline, doing this as precautionary move) and its impact on LH/FSH. The ldopa is to help recover from the s4 use (even tho its dosed relatively low)

You could probably recover from a solo run of ostarine with 12.5mg of osta.

Diets still good, ate some sushi friday night and a couple sushi rolls yestarday... whoops lol crunch roll and shrimp tempor roll are the shizz.

Should have a decent glycogen storeage doing, didnt look bloated or "spilled over" today so all is well lol

Just trying to understand PCT a little better. There is just so many different combos and as much as I learn, I feel like I still don't know sh!t. Haha

I re-read what i wrote (well what you quoted) and i ment to say "you could probably recover with just 12.5mg aromasin" if you ran a solo cycle of ostarine. Really the only way to know how suppressed you really are is... bloods. I go by the typical "brocovery" testicule fillage, libido increase/decrease, erection quality and desire. If i feel like they havent dived way off i run a "small" pct ex; 1 bottle endosurge. Now, if i feel all of the aforementioned has decreased greatly like a ds/ph cycle then it gets a little more complicated.

Go by how you feel, unless your getting blood work. Its better to overcompensate then to under.
 
yeh sarms are diff. the hope with sarms is not needed a pct or serm with pct.

Yea, this should never be necessary unless, you decide to use what i would call bb dosages lol 50mg and above of osta and 100mg + of s4

tyga, are you totally convinced of the safety. I only ask as so many have stated they don't want to be ginnypigs for something that has a relatively short track record. My interest in osta is mostly for a shoulder injury that I have been dealing with.

Convinced? No. But, again; scripted testosterone isnt safe either. Theres always going to be sides associated with compounds we use to get bigger, stronger or recover faster. As i posted earlier, ostarine is in it last phase in clinical trials, so it can be utilized as a muscle and bone wasting compound.

I havent noticed any "sides" so far, but whos to say they wont pop up in twent years... as for now, im getting bigger :D

I have heard you would be better off doing ipamorelin than MK677 because of its short release of gh. I am familiar with peptides and have heard Mk677 is more likely to cause a gh bleed than say ipamorelin. I may be wrong as I really have not researched Mk677 in depth, but I have not heard good things about it. If you have any studies or info it would be great to see you post it up.

Options was all i was giving. I havent gone to far in depth with mk 677, have used it a couple times. Noticed the regular, finger nail growth, brighter skin complection, and REM sleep.

If pinning is an option you most certainly can go that route, i stay with orals simply because im a puss when it comes to needles. Well for now anyways..

Today was another strong day. The slintensity is really keeping the bloat away/down from my heavier carbed meals. Another thing with the glycomyx, it causes NO GI distress or bloat as well, and the texture is actually kind of nice lol. My right shoulder is a little dry/bothersome but manageable...

Anywho heres my meals so far:

Bfast
1 packet better oats strawberries and cream oatmeal (made with added flax, figured why not?)
4oz jennie o lean ground turkey
10oz milk
1 slintensity

Postworkout
1 slintensity (wait 20min...)
