Hey guys I recently bought some mk677 and cardarine I was wondering what sarm is the least suppressive
 
Neither of those above are sarms so you don’t have to worry about shutdown. Any other actual sarm will cause shutdown no matter what. Even the “lighter” ones like osta will shut you down quickly

Yes I know this but etc have to class it with sarms but I was asking about actual real sarms narrow labs which one of they sarms are least suppressive

Ahhh man iam not so sure about this statement although I agree with you they are suppressive and have the ability to shut one down ,but everyone is different.A lot of factors determine weather you'll get shutdown or not..I think most who get shutdown probably is running a laced sarm...It is a vast difference between shutdown and suppression of natural test levels...

Even when there were trusted companies producing sarms (most now are pretty unreliable/suspect imo) most of the major sarm compounds have labs across multiple forums showing shutdown. I would never run a sarm without a serm for pct. I agree that most compounds won’t leave you feeling like ran trest for 8 weeks with almost zero test but I’m not trying to mess with HPTA restart. I am definitely not going to go off how I “feel”

That’s just me though....To each his own...

Some are more harsh on sides than others but degree of shutdown will vary base on many factors (including other compounds ran with and response to the compound). It’s too hard to pinpoint. That being said and as I just stated above... I personally would never run a sarm without a serm. There’s really no reason to not play it safe and ensure maximum recovery/restart.
 
It doesn’t matter which one is least suppressive because you have to take enough of it and long enough to cause it anyhow. Just take the damn shxt.
 
Shayn95 Not sure what your trying to accomplish by taking sarms you never stated your goals.But if your trying to build muscle those two certainly wont do it..Mk677 is best when ran at least 4-6months ,cardarine is only best for endurance boost and a few other benefits.You'd probably be better off running a 6 week Halodrol cycle if gains are what your after not sure if your ready for all that yet

I don’t like when people overuse the term SHUTDOWN. There is a difference between shutdown and suppressed. Will sarms suppress you? Most definitely. Are they gonna shut you down completly? Unlikely but could happen. The word SHUTDOWN is just way over used
 
I have read quite a number of studies on SARMS and I don't recall any incidence of shutdown (or suppression). I thought those people getting suppressed were from those taking SARM products which were actually spiked with prohormone related compounds (which will cause shutdown) and contained very little if any, SARMS.

I understand the differentiation between shutdown and suppression. I also agree with the assertion that sarms could still shut you down and at the very least suppress you (probably to a high degree); but my main point of contention is that they will either suppress you or shut you down and the quickest way to ensure and maximize recovery is through the utilization of a serm. I think that’s what OP was getting at... but it was vague so I could be wrong. Either way it’s asinine to have “least” amount of suppression discussions without the realization that everyone will respond differently and you would be a fool to not utilize a serm to help recover.

Studies on sarms like ostarine on elderly women don’t really look at shutdown/suppression. Also keep in mind that the doses bodybuilders are taking are sometimes 10x the doses done in studies which would obviously change the outcomes of the studies you’re looking at.

I do agree a large majority of sarms were probably laced and if anything it has probably increased due to the fact that almost all “reputable” companies (if there is such a thing) stopped producing them. Based on a quick search here is one of many users who have experience suppression while using one of the more “mild” sarms osta. I have personally ran osta solo when it first came out and was suppressed without a doubt.

If you are worried about suppression HCG and or Clomid during cycle will help

If you read thru forums back in 2014 sure that’s the kind of infos you would get. I have ran cycles like lgd 30mg/rad 30mg where it almost completely shut me down. Should a lighter run of sarms shut you down? No it shouldn’t but it will most definitely suppress you to some degree. The reason everybody thinks sarms aren’t suppressive is because people back then would jump into forums and say how they feel great after their cycle and the product didn’t suppress them at all but the truth is they didn’t even get bloods lol.
