Here's some info that I found from one of the sites that sells it. I don't know whether these suggested doses are based on anecdotal evidence or studies. Please let us know how it goes as there seems to be very few logs/feedback on YK11.
"Recommended dose: 2 – 8 mg, 4 mg is often cited as the recommended moderate male dosage, and 2 mg is considered suitable, by many, for female use. 2 mg rarely causes significant testicular atrophy, and that remains to be seen even in higher doses. During post cycle therapy any symptoms of suppression are quickly alleviated, since the suppression of natural hormones is not as strong as with many anabolics.
Taking a Moderate dose: (4mg – 8mg per day, 2 to 4 capsules per day) of “YK-11” the user can expect a more Aesthetic Physique (Lean, Hard and Strong).
Taking a Large dose: (18mg – 22mg per day, 9 to 11 capsules) of “YK-11” the user will experience major increases in muscle tissue while maintaining extreme muscle fullness (The “Pumped” Look) 24/7. This is attributed to the abilities of “YK-11” inducing the muscle cells to produce more Follistatin (even more than DHT Steroids), which helps inhibit the production of Myostatin (Myostatin – limits muscle growth). Gains: during a bulk it is not unusual to notice an increase in 10 lbs during a 4 week bulk, and 15 lbs during an 8 week bulk, with reductions in bodyfat.
