Hi, new to the forum, I am thinking of running a second sarm cycle of either lgd or rad-140. I have been researching extensively, from what I have read it seems both are good for size and strength gain, rad-140 may be better for lowering bodyfat, both will cause suppression and some say rad-140 can cause really bad lethargy. Any input on which Is better for a bulk taking into account sides vs gains on only my second cycle? would be great, I will be running a pct after. And my stats are 33yr old, 5’8, 190 pounds, 15% body fat Thanks.
