Sarm liquid dosage

Hi all could someone help me with this cycle dosage please, my previous/first cycle was underwhelming and was told so too. Dont want that again.
I wanted to run
MK677 ibutamoren
LGD 4033 ligandrol

They come in 50 ml each. Help on dosage please and anything to run with them ?
I will ofcorce add ct and pct

That would be a good place to start. I would get more lgd tho. You will get way better results at 30 mg. With mk there's no need to go over 25mg and that's pretty much the sweet spot

Anything else worth adding to this guys ?
I dont want aching joints or lethargy from the lgd. Would it be worth splitting the lgd dose, 15 in the morning and 15 at night, or just 30 in the morning ?

Hope someone answers this. I didn’t anticipate joint pain, and I only have the LGD

Holy ****, 30? I read 10 and was gonna stock with that. How long did you run it for taking 30? And was that dosed all at once or half and half in a day?
