Sarm Cycle

Ok, so I'm starting my research into my first sarm cycle. 216lbs, 17%bf, lifting for 2 years now. I'm looking at running osta at 15 for 4-6 weeks.

I've heard a seen a ton of different logs and opinions on forums and can't seem to find a clear answer.

I'm wondering if OTC pct will be sufficient or if I need to get novla for pct.

I know you've all heard this question a million times before, I just don't have a definitive answer and was hoping for some help.
 
My understanding is that it is mildly suppressive if taken in moderation, this means whether or not you want to do a PCT (i.e. clomid) after is ultimately to you- but may be a good idea to have some on hand (along with an AI) if you're truly worried. I'm sure there have been plenty who have completed similar cycles with minimal issues as well, all depends on the person and their body's response
 
Thanks man. It seems like with requiring an AI and full PCT, it would be more prudent to just do more research and just do a real cycle with something stronger.

You might want to look at increasing your cycle length to around 8-12 weeks instead. If you only do 4-6 weeks you'll be short changing your gains as Ostarine's effects only start to kick in and start to show around week 3.
However long you decide to cycle, you're going to want a full PCT if you want to keep your gains and your be in this game for the long term.

50/25/25/25/12.5
or
Nolva
40/40/20/20/10

And of course, you can add as many OTC and natty anabolic supps as you want.
