Sarm cycle - can i add....

i am doing a cycle with
LGD 12mg (olympus labs)
S4 50mg (olympus labs)

iam at week 4 of a total 12

a friend gave my a bottle of Primeval Labs Tri-SARM (90 Caps)
every cap has
S4 (Andarine) 10mg
Ostarine 10mg
LGD-4033 5mg

can i add one cap every day to my cycle?
 
LGD might be a tad high. Yes on the Ostarine, but I’d be careful exceeding 50mg of the S4.

I’m not sure about the brand.
 
I think 1 cap a day would be good, make the S4 a little better, make the LGD closer to the newer consensus dose of 20mg/d stacked and add a mild dose of Ostarine to help general healing.
 
I take one dose (2caps Lgd - 1cap s4) at 6.30 at morning (2 hours preworkout) and the other dose (1cap Lgd - 1 cap s4) at 6.00 afternoon.
It is ok to take one cap of Primeval Labs Tri-SARM (90 Caps) at night (23.30) before sleep or take it with the second dose at afternoon?
 
Personally, I wouldn’t add that on. The doses you’re taking are fine, and that small amount of ostarine won’t really add much, I wouldn’t think. I’d save it and run it later. Also, my understanding is that LGD has a half life of roughly 24 hours, so splitting the dose isn’t beneficial. S4 has a shorter half life, I believe most people split that into 2-3 doses a day, so that’s fine.
 
I would save the tri for another run.

are you running anything as a base? If not, you may really want to consider adding some dermacrine or 4-andro.
 
I had run the same cycle 4 months ago and the lethargy was bad.
Now i take every day 10mg Nolva and it is much better

my strength is up about 10%

i have planned to do at winter another cycle with
epistane + dermatrest

i am thinking...
maybe after 4 months to do the same cycle (lgd + S4) again or epistane + dermatrest (i already bought them)

what cycle is stronger
lgd + S4 or
epistane + dermatrest
 
Stronger of the two would be Epistane + Dermatrest, but I'm not one to recommend trest to the inexperienced user.

What are your specific goals for the cycle?
 
Epistane plus trest will be way stronger than any sarm cycle. I'm planning on halodrol plus trest as my next cycle starting in october/November. Currently on ostarine 25mg per day at the moment for twelve weeks to help heal after surgery. I possibly won't even pct that but will have a little time off before the next cycle. That's how mild I consider sarms to be, purely my own opinion of course with others on here claiming that would be crazy as studies show osta shuts you down at 3 mg etc.
 
I would say yes, I always have aromasin in the house. Only use when needed though I don't ever take it "just in case" because tanking your estrogen can feel worse than being suppressed. One bottle will last me a year or more.
