Golden Finish- I mixed too much water with it; however Ive done it before and love it.
Reduction-Haven't taken the daytime formula. took the nighttime and didn't notice much seemed like regular sleep to me.
Green Mag- Very nice esp before a training session with the tyrosine to amp you or you can take it after if you ant more energy.
