I understand iodine is necessary fior thyroid function and if yur not taking in enough iodine salt daily to supplement with an iodine supplement. A good Multi like MVP-365 has iodine as kelp so that covers it but for the pump before a workout does it matter if its sea salt without iodine, will that give that same sodium pump as non iodine?

You're just looking for sodium, so salt without iodine is fine.

Okay cool. That said, if your not taking in iodine daily, get the iodine kind bc its important for thyroid function. Low iodine levels can cause a slower thyroid and we all know good thyroid levels equals more lean. Ive had lots of lab results over the years and my thyroid has been low, medium and even on the higher medium end. Sometimes makes me wonder was lack of iodine causing it
