Salmon with asparagus and spicy lemon drizzle

Take one salmon darn, rinse and dry.

Take one large spoone of cream cheese and mix with fresh herbs, and chilli / paprika

spread over the salmon darn and place in preheated over (cream cheese does not melt)

In a pan, pan fry your asparagus spears in oil and remove to plate.

Add fresh lemon juice (about 2 spoons), chilli flakes, garlic, and fry till garlic is browned slightly.

drizzle oil over your salmon and asparagus for a very tasty low carb, healthy meal.
