What is the safest protocol for igf-lr3 like lowest dosage and frequency per week to see results? Also would Igf-lr3 mess up or thyroid or pancreas etc with this dosage and frequency?
I started low ( like you should with everything at first IMO) at 20 mcg bi lateral. I topped myself at 50mcg bi lateral. I stopped at 50 mcg sense I found multiple times during my Internet and gym rat research that above 50 mcg most is going to start binding to your intestines no reason to grow that.
50 days on 30 off is what I did.
The only real effect I got was big time sleepies the first week or 2. And amazing pumps and muscle belly fullness. Let's hope it does the rest of its work some months down the road .
Edit : I did pre workout injections everyday. Be a man don't cut it with bacwater! ( ps kidding that **** stings!)
