safest cycle for a beginner?

im 25yrs 6ft 180lbs and feel ready to start my first cycle of steroids. i guess im just testing the waters and want to take the safest cycle possible with moderate gains that will retain after done with cycle and minimal sides. i am also gonna have a doc monitor me while on my cycle. any suggestions for a simple stack? thanks

Some form of test. Test-e or Test-c is usually recommended for first timers. Somwhere between 10-12 weeks.
