I feel that these are not the best cell volumizers to use with AP.
I say that because of the RALA, the "iNOXsulin-7", and the LALA.
There are more suitable choices out there.

I don't see too much benefit, or detriment for that matter. It should be fine. As the other guy mentioned, the ALA would be counterproductive with AP though.

what does it exactly do that would be counterproductive with AP...should i just w/e not even bother than with AP? i would be dissapointed

I would be more inclined to not bother with the other thing, however as a rep I am probably not the most unbiased opinion. What I am trying to say, is that ALA, because it is insulin dependent and causes glucose uptake in adipose as well as muscle cells is counterproductive to AP which prevents the latter.

Probably not enouph ALA to warrant a response. Go for it.

ALA puts glucose in your muscles and fat, AP is is selective to put the glucose in your muscles and not your fat cells.
Ap works well with alot of other supps maybe save the shock therapy or run the shock storm combo and then go to the AP it will give you a good basis for comparison for fat loss differences. low dose ala might not matter but the AP alone has produced significant results for future cycles you may want to use the best supplement to save money and this willhelp you figure out which you may want to buy in the future.

it seems like the ALA is used mainly for anti-oxidant and delivery to the muscle system is what they are at least "saying" ok well ill try my stack of

E-Bol/JW/AP and see how it goes

I'm with Jacob. I still take a small dose of ALA for it's antioxidant capacity while taking AP. I just wouldn't go with anything more than 100-200mg standard or about 50mg of the potassium salt. IMO
