S4 Split Dose?

The vision side effect is terrible for me at 75mg. I’m basically blind half the time. I’m coming off completely for a few days until my eyesight returns to normal. At that point I’ll hop back on but not go past 50mg or I’ll just stash what I have left and try a cycle another time. But I can’t tolerate this shyt any longer. It’s taking away from my quality of life. I need my vision.

I can’t remember were you doing 5 on 2 off? That helps quite a bit with the vision at 75.

I was just taking it everyday. Maybe I’ll try 5 on 2 off if I resume the cycle. I feel like I gotta keep going since I still have quite a bit of it and I’m just starting to see results. My last dose was yesterday at noon. So hopefully by Tuesday my vision will be good again and then I can either go back to 50mg or try 75mg with the 5 on 2 off method.

Well I made it 5 weeks and the 5th week is when I started to finally start leaning out nicely while keeping all my muscle, and honestly probably adding strength. So I’m tempted to just take a 2 day break and then hop back on but approach the dosing differently.
 
I wonder what would work better - 50mg (7 days a week) or 75mg (5 on 2 off).

Anyone who wants to weigh in on that speculation feel free to. I think I already made up my mind though. I ran 50mg everyday for the first four weeks and I can totally tolerate the vision side at that dose. I also got a nice performance boost from it. So I’ll probably go back to that. My fear with 75mg for 5 on 2 off is that I’d basically be blind every Thursday and Friday because it’d be built back up in my system again at the end of each week. I also like to stick by the principle of using the minimum effective dose and that’s 50mg for me. If I want to I can stretch the cycle out to 12 weeks instead of 10 now that I’m lowering the dose.

My opinion is if you’re at week 5 just start over like you’re on week 1. do 50mg 5 days on take weekends off. Go for 3 weeks and then bump dose to 75mg 5/2 dosing for the last 4 weeks. The 5/2 split makes the vision sides much more manageable for me at least.

I know I can handle 50mg everyday so I’m gonna go with that. I like the idea of taking it everyday and keeping my levels consistent. And 50mg everyday equals 350mg a week, while 75mg using the 5 on 2 off method equals 375mg a week. So I’m getting close to the same amount but my levels are more consistent this way.

The good news is that I’m really starting to lean out. I can almost see visible changes on a daily basis.

You seem very prone to sides man. Maybe try stacking the s4 with something like var or s23. I’m a big fan of stacking, cuts down on sides

Yeah I pretty much get a side every cycle. I’m gonna finish out this cycle with just s4. My diet and training is doing most the work and s4 should be enough to preserve muscle and even add strength. It’s been good for that so far. I might go back up to 75mg. I made a big mistake by taking 50mg all at once in the morning and then 25 later. I should’ve split it up into 3 doses every 5 hours or so.

Also, var sounds like a great compound but s23 has too many flaws in my opinion. It causes complete shut down and it’s the worse sarm for hairless. Based on some people’s testimonies, it can cause irregular hair loss. I guess you could consider it alopecia.
 
I really don’t like the idea of 5 on 2 off I tried it and I dunno it got to my head somehow. If I was in your situation I would stick to what’s comfortable so 50mg

Yeah it’s crazy. It can be pretty trippy. I get the color changes too. It’s like the world has a strange filter on it sometimes.
 
I decided not to take any days off but instead just went back to using 50mg. It only took about three days for my eye sight to return to normal. At only 50mg im pretty unaffected by the vision side but I’m still leaning out more easily than I otherwise would while also getting a performance boost.
 
After a week at 50mg I’m gonna make the leap back up to 75mg but I’ll be doing things differently this time. Last time I made the mistake of taking 50mg all at once in the morning and then another 25mg about 5 hours later. This time I’ll take 25mg right when I wake up, 25mg about 7 hours later, and then another 25mg right before bed. Hopefully I don’t go blind this time and I can stick to this regimen for the last 4 weeks.
 
The research i've found on S4 has 50Mg a day with 25mg in the morning/AM and the other 25 4-6 Hrs later. Thats what i'm doing. you can see my whole cycle in first cycle newbie thread.
