S4 in a bulk?

Would S4 provide much benefit in a bulk? Everyone cuts with it and from what I understand it’s not a great muscle builder. But it’s got to be better than natty. Anyway, I was a little curious about this. Anyone try it?

From my experience. S4 is more of an aesthetically pleasing compound. If you diet right and train hard enough it will make you get ripped faster. It really shines by giving you a mild boost in strength and big boost in overall work capacity at the gym while in a deficit. It doesn’t really pack on the pounds though. I would say a moderate surplus (400-600 above maintenance) plus lgd and rad you would be able to get some more lean gains and better results. You can add s4 if you want. But I think In a bulk it wouldn’t do much. To really notice it you have to be pretty lean. And that comes from diet.
 
Why not jump to a real AAS like DMZ MSTEN or ADROL

Yeah my body fat is too high to get those cosmetic effects. I’ll probably just go with something more suited for a bulk.

I probably will. I’ve had my eye on tbol for a while but people on here love to talk up dmz. I like that dmz can be run pretty short. I haven’t thought much about anadrol but maybe that’s s good idea. I’ll start researching it. I’ve always thought it was super toxic but that could easily be an exaggeration.
