If my goal is to dry out and be as lean as possibles, trying to get rid of the bich tits. Should I just take the SARM S-23 as a stand-alone or should I still add a Test Base to get rid of the suppressive feeling?

i would definitley use a test base. s23 shuts you down for sure. im on week 6 of s23 with dermacrine as a test base and it works good. s23 is awesome stuff!

Rad140 will directly decrease your gyno, and is a great feeling. There are human studies showing it does this and I can attest personally. 10-12mg of that and some epiandro or dermacrine under the S23 for 6 weeks or so should get the titties smaller and have you looking better no doubt, bulk or cut.

Also consider 30mg/day of Toremifene while on cycle for faster recovery and more gyno smashing. Would keep the dermacrine from aromatizing as much.

From study above:

“CONCLUSIONS: RAD140 is a potent AR agonist in breast cancer cells with a distinct mechanism of action, including the AR-mediated repression of ESR1 It inhibits the growth of multiple AR/ER+ breast cancer PDX models as a single agent, and in combination with palbociclib. The preclinical data presented here support further clinical investigation of RAD140 in AR/ER+ breast cancer patients. Clin Cancer Res; 23(24); 7608-20.

I have heard of guys getting nosebleeds at bigger doses, and at 16mg for 45 days I did get one and I never do, ever. That was the lone side.

I felt really good on it and intend to stack it at 10mg into another cycle for 6-8 weeks of it for added nutrient partitioning and recomping.
