S23 and magnesium

Anyone ever ran into this with s23... previously have ran rad a few times with good results... Decided to try s23(5mg 2xdaily) with topical 4andro (1pump before bed) ....noticed by day 2 I was having a pretty bad headache did some more research and found a video on you tube talking about s23 burning through magnesium.... Took 600mg and got relief almost immediately ... Just wondering if anyone else has had this and if I should continue with the magnesium at 600 Ed or what to do... Seems like a lot of magnesium lol.... Any insight would be valued.... Thanks

Just re read my post.... Just to eliminate possible confusion going forward, I was saying I've ran rad 140 a few times... This is the first time with s23...but yes my last cycle with rad 140 was from chemyo and the s23 is as well...last RAD was 10 weeks 5mg for 2wk, 10 for 2wk, 15 for 2wk then 20 for the last 4 wks...I added 1 pump of 4andro EOD at week 5 and was using it Ed by week 8....also was only going to run 8 weeks but everything was going so good I extended, couldn't help myself...I was planning on doing something similar with the 23, I am now a week in the magnesium has helped I just don't want to overdo it...or under do it and they come back.... There's just not a lot of info out there like with some of the other compounds

That's weird my post didn't go but my tag did lol.

S23, cramping, dehydration, they all kinda go hand in hand. Stay hydrated, 400mg magnesium should be plenty

Agreed, I need to definitely stay up on my salt intake and magnesium supplementation on S23; it will definitely make me cramp more without.

Thanks guys.... All seems to be well, salt has never been a problem...been taking 500mg in the morning with my NAC and then my sleep supp has 100 mg magnesium....I will say after getting used to it the **** turns you into a furnace...may have also played into the headache at first, also definitely feel better eating a bit more, like an extra 3 or 4 hundred calories, 2 days into week 2 so we will see what this week brings
