Well, .... post your proposed diet and we can help you get it in order if it isn't already. By your responce I suspect it is not. Diet is the key. Without a sound nutrient plan steroids won't do jack. IMHO

10:30 A.M.- (3) Hard Boiled Eggs
12:30 P.M.- Turkey Sandwich on Wheat
2:30 P.M. - Peanut Butter/Jelly
6:30 P.M.- Grilled Chicken Breast (2)
Rice, Broccoli
8:30 P.M. BSN True Mass Shake w/1-scoop ice cream (approx. 1000 calories) 1000g Flax Seed, 200g DHEA, 1000g Saw Palmetto, 350g Milk Thistle
 
Is this what your using to bulk as far as diet. Does not look like enough calories at all especially of your going to be taking SD. I'm on it right now and taking in much more than normal in order to grow. SD works best in a caloric surplus.

What are you stats?

I'm cutting right now, and eating more than that...
 
I pick max lmg/x mass/ as the best thing to stack it with. For me this stack gives incredible results. Anything not methyl would probably be ok so propadrol, trenadrol, winzstrol, bold 200. If it was me though I'd pick trenadrol as second favorite and possibly bold although it gets expensive at proper dosing. I wouldn't bother with winsztrol or whatever the unmethylated winny is named because I think it sucks.

So you don't even consume protein until your third meal and three of your meals have practically no protein?

Please search for meal plans..now.

Lean Mass
How would I gain 10-15 lbs. of lean body mass without using PS/PH agents and only using supplements?
I'm 44 yrs old, 6'3", 210 lbs.

Oh, they'll do sumthin' to ya alright. Of course, without a solid diet and training plan, it ain't gonna be pretty. :D
