S Drol 30 MG 4 weeks Log

I'm 25 years old, 70 inches tall, current weight is 200 lbs. I've been training hard since I was 16 years old as I've competed in competitive sports both in high school and a collegiate level. I've ran a few different PH cycles in the past always giving my body a 3 month break to recover in between. This will be my first time to run SD solo at 30 mg daily for the entire 4 week cycle. I'm hoping to get to 210 to 215 lbs by May. My supps are listed below.

S Drol 15 mg x 2
Multi Vitamin (*** mega men)
N2Guard
DAA (start at week 3 of cycle)
Fish Oils
Joint Support

PCT =
Nolvadex 20 mg/ml
Erase
DAA (continue an extra week after PCT).

So far this is day 2 of my cycle. I'm targeting 4k calories per day and 400 grams of protein daily. I'm also trying to load up on carbs to try and beat the possible lethargy that often comes along with a SD cycle. At day 2 I do not feel any different and I trained shoulders and triceps on day 1 and back on day 2. I'm looking forward to Some strength gains by the end of the week or early next week.
 
*Day 3*
So far my diet has been going great. It is very tough for me to consume 4k calories daily since I am used to eating 2,500 on a daily basis. I'm drinking 2 protein shakes daily to try and help consume the proper amount of protein I should be but most of it I'm trying to get from foods. Grilled chicken breasts, tilapia and salmon fillets, tuna, and peanut butter have become my good friends. I will need them all in order to help me through this drastic diet change. Tonight I will train chest and biceps, so I'm eager to kill it tonight in the gym. I'm personal training a client tonight so hopefully they can keep up!!
 
I just finished training chest and biceps and I felt stronger on my lifts. Towards the end of my workout I'm normally spent and ready to head out but I felt like I didn't do enough tonight. Its really hard for me to get my calories in because I feel so full all day. Hopefully the SD will increase my appetite soon. I was training a client tonight and he made a comment that he thought I looked bigger and he knows nothing about my cycle. I am up 2 lbs so far and that's weighing in the morning at wake up butt naked.
 
*Day 4*
This morning I still have the same pump that I had after my workout last night. It feels weird not being able to touch my shoulders. I'm drinking. Monster energy drink this morning as I feels more tired than normal. I will be training legs tonight and although that's my least favorite muscle group to work I am excited to lift anything at this point. I will be posting how the gym session goes later tonight once I finish the workout.
