Hey, ive ruptured my pec a while back and recieved surgery for it several months ago. I was just wondering if thiers any supplements that could speed up my recovery. Any input would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

osteo sport- but that is going to be a toughie to rehab....

just general muscle builders and a slow slow ease through getting back into it. Its hard to slow down sometimes but you got to.
