running stims on epi

would it be okay to run stims with epistane? im setting a buddy of mine up with an epistane/11-oxo hardcore cutting cycle. since blood pressure issues are usually associated with phs/ds that cause water retention such as super, msten, dmz, alpha 1, etc.. just wondering if it would be okay to run oxy elite pro with this cycle. thanks guys

I'd strongly recommend against it, unless he is a very experienced user that can monitor his blood pressure very closely.
