Anyone else try this? The idea being to combat the immediate estrogen rebound at the start of PCT by having a good week of Nolva in the system. I just tried this and found the transition to PCT to be quite easy. In fact Im still making gains. Also, no lethargy.
Should run nolva or proviron after about two weeks on a cycle when your body starts adapting to the new hormones and increases estrogen/cortisol as mentioned in BTPB.
I have found thats the only way I can have a sucessful post cycle and keep my gains or even continue gaining.
