:burger::burger::burger::burger: All this talk is making me want to jump into my winter M-drol stash, discipline discipline discipline:burger::burger::burger::burger:
IJ I think you are way too concerned about the fat gain. Remember it takes 3500 calories to make 1 pound of fat. If you increase you intake by 1000 calories a day over maintenance at the very worst case you are going to see a 2lb fat gain and that is without the m-drol. It is impossible to add lean mass without some kind of fat gain. You may burn the fat off but it is there at one time or another.
Also keep in mind days that you work out you are going to burn more calories. Roughly 18 cal/pound IIRC.
How much longer do you have on the cycle? 1-2 weeks? That is still enough time to salvage the cycle and get some decent gains. One of the oldest methods out there that doesnt seem to get discussed a lot here is adding/increasing milk in your diet. If you got a couple of weeks left I say add a gallon of milk a day and then send me a thank you after your cycle!
I have been eating close to 1k over maintenance this past week, and when I look in the mirror I feel like I have put on some fat.
I
So I'm going to finish up week 3 at 30mg, praying to God that I begin to feel it but probably not, and then I will run P-plex at 15/30/30/30 as soon as I get it.
most use p plex first then bridge in mdrol, incase u didnt know p plex is pretty wet so be prepared
what new diet ? I've been eating well ever since I started the cycle, hence the weight and strength gains I've made. I recently bumped it up a little like 200-300 calories but that shouldn't make that big of a difference either way.IMO, you didn't give the new diet NEARLY enough time.
Figure, It doesn't kick in until about 2 weeks, which is where you were. Up until that point you should have been eating a bulk diet.
If you gave the diet a chance for 3 days, you can't expect much to happen. I say give it some time, run a different PH but after enough time. Then give M-drol another chance if you are game for the diet that comes with it. I've never heard of anyone not respond to Superdrol.
What you might be seeing is increased water retention from the calorie increase. Understand you are going to lose some gained weight when you go through PCT, you are also going to lose some water retention. Welcome it now and you will be able to retain more of what you want later.I have been eating close to 1k over maintenance this past week, and when I look in the mirror I feel like I have put on some fat.
From the Superdrol for Dummies thread:I'm on day 15 today and still nothing. I have made some strength gains and put on a little fat, some fat too. But nothing major that I would attribute to the M-drol. It can't be my diet because I'm eating enough to gain strength and fat. The only sides that I'm seeing are back/calf pumps. So I've concluded that I am a non responder to M-drol.
It's very disappointing because I was looking forward to this for a while and I thought that I'd put on at least 15lbs of LBM and gain a bunch of strength. I even planned out some other cycles for a year in advanced assuming that the M-drol would work. I feel like I completely wasted my time, and I hated having to blow 42 dollars on Cycle Support.
So I'm going to finish up week 3 at 30mg, praying to God that I begin to feel it but probably not, and then I will run P-plex at 15/30/30/30 as soon as I get it.
I just hope that just because I'm a non responder to M-drol that it doesn't mean I'm a non responder in general to PH/DS. I'm also wondering if it would be any different if I ran a different SD clone or the original.
