Running letro to reverse gyno - when to start next cycle?

I am running gyno reversal protocol #3 found here (Invalid Link Removed), which is basically two weeks on letro than 2 weeks on Nolva.

My main question is how long after this can I run my next cycle (SD cycle)? Do I have to wait 4 more weeks? longer?

How bad is it to run my Superdrol cycle soon like next few weeks. Then use letro to fix the tiny lump after I finish my cycle and PCT. The lump is pretty tiny and doesn't really bother me, I just don't want it to get worse.

I have the same situation. I was ready to start a new cycle and then noticed a tiny bump under my left nipple and my nipple is a little puffy at times. It isn't noticable to anyone not looking for it and it wasn't there on cycle or during PCT. I got Letro but I really wanted to start my next cycle up so I can make progress off of my last one. I wonder if I could start Letro with my cycle and when the lump goes away(hopefully in a couple weeks) taper off of it, while on cycle.
