Incline 3x6 200lbs
Flat bench 2x6 235lbs
Incline dumbells 2x5 90lbers

standing calve raises 3x12
seated calves 2x12

Strength is still increasing even though I'm not dosing PH's this week, must still be in my system. So my best friend comes back in this weekend from Las Vegas so I'm libal to do a little partying to catch up withem. I'll take it easy on the booze though I'm not about to screw up all the gains and fat loss I've obtained so fair, I'm thinking some diet pepsi and wiskey sounds like a good choice.

Anyways I'm cotemplating post cycle witch I believe will consist of Nolva for 3 weeks, clen 1 week on 1 week off for a month, Hyperdrol X2 or maybe just leviathon and 6oxo...hummm let me know if somthing else would be a good adder

i dont know about taking hyperdrolx2 with 6oxo, they are both AI arent they. (cant remember if hx2 is)

test booster= your choice. I kinda would like to try alphadrive xl, cheap at NP....alot of choices on this one.

Thanks for the sum up of post cycle piston... ok so I already have a buttload of sups I need to put to use so how does this combo look....

Serm= nolva ?40/30/10?
cortisol= clen and I have a bottle of restore... I believe it is a cort blocker, Prolactin Inhibition, test booster, and AI.
ai= the restore with maybe a little added 6oxo if I feal its needed
Test booster= restore again, and leviathon for test boost and fat loss
Sounds like a great stack to me... although I don't know about the clen mixed with leviathon might be a little too much. I'll save the H2 for later.
 
Well... I'm finally back, working from 6 to 6 in the morning has kept me from my usual posting. My gains have slowed considerbly and I'm blaming it on the lack of sleep and night time schedule.

So I've ended my pulse starting today... post cycle is for now nolva, leviathon, 6oxo, and retain. I will switch to restore after the retain has run out and cut the 6oxo out.

Gains.... this is definitly and great method for use of prohormones in my opinion, low sides, slower yet noticable gains, and in my experience the longer your on the more likely you will stick to your diet, sleep, and supplement regime.

weight: origional 180... now 185
body fat: this was my main goal and I've well acomplished it, started at 16-18% and am at about 10%, abs are quite visable and I'm vascular as hell, like freaky poping bycep veins, even on my chest.
Gains: bench: 225x4 to 240x5
squat: don't have any solid proof of gains because of change in rep range but I believe I've gotten atleast 10-20 more pounds on my max 6 rep range.
deads: 285x5 to 320x6... great gains
shoulders: I believe I've made my biggest gains on this cycle in the areas of back and shoulders... My dumbell press is from 55x6 to 71.5x6

I cut the cycle short to only 7 weeks and I feal that suppression is very very minimal. so hopfully all these gains will stay on with continued hard work and diet. I feal I've gained atleast 10-12 lbs on this cycle accounting for the fat loss which is a great cycle in my opinion! Accoumplishing what could have been done in a 4 week straight cycle with out all the side effects and HPTA suppression, HELL YEA... I will definitly run this again come late fall-early winter(taking a long brake from prohormones... two cycles a year is my set limit)

Side effects: Damn women just can't get enough of those big bulging muscles... finally getting some after a considerbly long dry spell:woohoo: MY ACNE IS SH!TTTY... I'm using face scrub three times a day now and its finally starting to clear up, hopfully alot faster with the end of this cycle.

Post cycle is well over now and I've actually cut up even more with the help of my t4 and clen combo cycled with levathon. Strength is still great... lost alittle which is expected when your not on prohormones, but mass is still there. I'm going back on a super bulk come late september, with high cals and a SD, Test E, and Epi cycle.
