Rule One Protein

Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has had the Vanilla Butter Cake, Red Velvet or Shamrock Shake from Rule One and can tell me what these flavors are like? I have samples of the rest and so far, so good!

Red Velvet and Butter cake are both great. Have not tried the shamrock shake, but those are pretty safe flavors to get IMO.
 
Agreed with the above. I have tried the red velvet and it's pretty good. Can't go wrong with the other flavors either.
 
The only one I tried and didnt love was Birtbday cake which makes me wary of the butter cake but it soubd delicious
 
those flavors sound pretty good
