Have seen a few reviews on Rule 1 Whey and feedback seems positive.

However i want to try out a few flavors i can't find many reviews for.

Can anyone comment on Red velvet, Birthday Cake, Salted Caramel in particular.
PES is my go to for Choc peanut butter Cookies n Cream, Pretty sure it won't beat those in flavor unless anyone thinks otherwise?
 
The bday cake flavor has actual sprinkles in it and is probably the best bday cake flavored protein I've tried. A little sweet so I tend to use more liquid with it.

Its actually really good. I currently have Salted Caramel as well. Again another flavor I would recommend. The pumpkin is solid too as you get a lot of pumpkin spice in each and every sip from a shake. Each flavor is worth the $$ IMO rule 1 does a fantastic job in flavoring. I picked up a few tubs when they had a special going on to get a 4-10 serving on the side with each purchase. So I got to sample a ton of flavors as well before buying the full tubs.

I would rank them:

1) Pumpkin (I love pumpkin stuff)
2) Chocolate Fudge
3) Salted Caramel
4) Red Velvet

off the 4 tubs i got. The Brownie is extremly rich and bold in flavor. Almost has like a milk chocolate + brownie batter mixture to it.
 
I've tried the salted caramel and it's pretty good! I haven't had the chance to try out pumpkin yet.
 
I had a sample of the Whey Blend birthday cake flavor and I thought it was pretty good. Sweeter than a regular vanilla protein and true to the name "birthday cake." The salted caramel in their whey isolate was also good.

This was very good; I used 60g ( 20 servings ) in 14 ounces of Fairlife blended quickly.

I thought it had a very good caramel flavor it was dominant to me and as good as Quests Salted Caramel which I thought was pretty damn good. I would def buy this again and likely will buy a full size tub of it.

Initial thoughts on the salted caramel

Looking forward to seeing what unique flavor they might bring out - But the Red Velvet, Vanilla Butter Cake ( Like birthday cake with buttercream frosting ), Salted Caramel and Pumpkin Spice were all damn good.

So to update on the new Rule 1 flavor that just came out; Apple Cinnamon

This is very good tasting like Apple pie with an almost ( light ) caramel finish, it mixes up thin it has a strong aroma with a nice balanced flavoring. Obviously it mixes up on the thinner side given its a whey isolate/hydroslate.
