rubber seals ?

i have collected a few sterile sealed vials with the intent of useing them again after i wash and sterilize them and seal with the rubber seals.,but do i need the aluminum seals to crimp over them ?

yes otherwise then you would have a problem with them coming off..

On this same note...when baking...can you bake with the rubber seal on ? Will they withstand 250 degrees?
