Back in the day it seemed everyone had a topical fat loss product. Now not so many are out there. Anyone of them that are out there good for midsection spot reduction and tighten up the skin?

I see good reviews on PP DermaTherm.
 
Napalm seems to be the current favourite and some people are including liquid clen to increase the results. These products seem to work best on people with low bf who just need to shift the last couple of pounds to get their abs to show.
 
I like Napalm. And I have used LipoBurn and I like it to help shed remaining water and dry me out before an event.
