Lots of anecdotal reports of it working well, I would say if you have tried Minox, Fin and dermarolling and it's still not working then give it a shot... but it is always worth speaking to a hairloss specialist.
Red light Therapy has some benefits for the hair, but also for the skin so you could use that too... just be prepared to spend a good amount if you want something legit.
