Well, here are my pre-cycle pics...

stats:
H=5'11
W=185
bf%=too much

I will be running a 6 week cycle of 5g 1-t, 2.5g 4ad, 2.5g 4oht+tgel, protein(designer and myoplex), creatine, + vitamins etc.

Post cycle will be nolva, ZMA, +protein, creatine, etc.

1. 21 (A smidge young, I know.)
2. heh... since puberty... ~8 years on/off, mostly on but off for the past few months.
3. I'll take what I can get. I want mass and I want to cut up too. I've gained quite a bit of fat since football my senior year in high school. (guess it was that freshman 15). But since the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn, I figure the focus on the fat can wait. I have yet to determine a definite work schedule, but I will have one before the cycle starts in a week or so.

Bro whats you diet look like. The only way your going to achieve anything is by eating right.

right right... believe me, I've heard this time and time again. I'm aware that it is one of the most important things (lifting being the other integral part) back when I played football, my diet was quite different than what I plan on making it now. I was taking in mucho calories, and an insane amount of carbs, complex mostly. This time I plan on lowering the carbs a bit and increasing the protein, even more than what I have in the past. I'm no dietician, but I think I have a decent diet. Also for the first time I'll be adding a multivitamin ( I know, hindsight is 20/20).

first decide what your looking to do..bulk or cut... while it is possible to bulk up and lose fat at the same time its pretty hard...Im think if you beefed up a bit you would be happy..even if you kept all the fat you have..with a good 8-10 pounds lbm you will be surprised at what your looking like

post your proposed diet too..

~3400 calories
~250-300 grams of protein
~275-300 carbs
~80 grams of fat

I wish I could get this more exact, but im stuck on the school meal plan, and i take what I can get. Luckily they usually have quite a bit to pick from, and I can estimate. I DO know from personal experience that while working out intensely, I will lose a good amount of fat. However this was on a different diet, where I was eating ~4000 calories a day usually including a box of pasta a day, with the fat a little lower.
