RPN havoc

Hey everyone!

New to the site, this being my first thread!

I'm currently thinking about doing a RPN havoc cycle and have some questions, hopefully I could get some advice/answers here!

A co worker told me that since I don't drink alcohol I would have to do an off cycle/post cycle. Is that true? And if I didn't do an off cycle what are the effects?
And if I was to do an off cycle what should I take? I got some intek evolution TEST BOOST, as the guy working there said that would work for an off cycle.

Any suggestions? Please anything is helpful(pretty much)

You need supports
And you need a full PCT with a SERM
 
Yeah he said it wasn't strong enough to where I'd need an off cycle. Could you recommend any off cycles? Like clomid or something like that?

First, slap the shiit out of the guy that told you this bs. He's a moron.
Second, read up on a havoc. It's a steroid and will shut down your natural test production. With out a post cycle it may take months, or years even (if ever) for your natural hormones to come back fully. During that time, you'll be moody, depressed, lose weight, feel like General garbage, no libido, no balls (literally), etc etc. basically just don't.

If you want some help, there's a million threads dedicated to epistane and a ton of good resources. We can help you once you know some basics but this isn't a babysitter for in and we won't do all the work for you. It's important to learn on your own before you experiment with something as dangerous as a steroid. We will all help once you give us the basic layout you're thing, pct, and all your stats but until you can gather that, just read up

I really just want something to cut some fat and get a little more muscle. Yeah if havoc is that gnarly then I don't want it haha. I've done a cycle of deca few years back and don't wanna do anything like that again. Looking for something a little less intense if there is anything like that.

ostarine (sarm) is pretty much becoming the new standard for a very mild cycle. Good for recoup/cutting as far as muscle retention and very mild lean gains. Sides are low, suppression is significantly less, recovery is easier.

Or just dial in your diet and add in a good fat burner stack. We can make some suggestions if you'd like to stay away from anything hormonal.
 
I've been reading a few threads on here now about havoc cycles etc. I have a cruise I'm going on in May lol And is the main reason why I wanna get more toned and add some more muscle. I think I f'ed up my last cycle I did a few years ago. So I'm a little scared to do another, but before I was injecting my self once a week. Is milk thistle and the fish oil/ liver stuff like a must have? Thank you again for all your info. Glad I posted on here instead of doing the cycle like my co worker said
 
I'd almost rather do the fat burning stack TBH. I have a good build already, just always been a really picky eater. I don't eat bad (rarely fast food, candy, etc) I do drink red bull maybe once a week. Close friend works for them :( other than that mostly chicken and rice pretty clean, take protein twice a day.

the support supps are a must have with any oral cycle. They keep the rest of your body and organs healthy while you basically introduce semi toxic compounds.

It sounds like you need help with your diet more then anything. Can you give us a standard day of eating (foods, amounts, times) and we can help design something. Then you can add some natural fat burners and you should be good to go. The nice thing about getting lean is that even without actually getting more muscular you will look it as all your muscle will "pop" when you have less fat.

Any idea what level of bf% you are currently and your goal? A pic would help.
 
Dial in your diet and consider some fatburners, not a cycle that will take you about 12 weeks between the run and the PCT
 
Yeah usually eat quest bar every morning on my way to work around 9. I have stomach issues to where I can't really eat anything big before 11. Chicken and rice of some kind around 1-2 with protein shake. Another quest bar around 3 or 4. Then dinner around 7-730 and protein shake after my workout.

What like 90-140g protein based on # scoops

Can you not fit in any more real food?
 
I could totally fit more in there. I try to prep for like 3-4 days at least. Don't always get around to it. But I know that's where I need to start.

micronutrients. Vitamins/minerals/etc.

Alphamine or norcodrene are very good fat burners. Alphamax isn't a fat burner per se but some of the ingredients will work nicely with either if the other supps. Your bigger issue is still diet tho so fix that first and then worry about supps. They will only do so much if your diet still is off

I love Rpn havoc. Wish I could still find it. I have done many cycles of the original Rpn havoc.

I put on lean muscle, strength, and lose fat/water every time I use it.

It gives a very quality look with low sides. I would compare it to winstrol in many ways.

You do need a proper pct after words. I would use nolva 40/40/20/20 and daa.

I would run it at 20mg maybe 30mg max. I have experienced some shedding at higher doses. Use some liver support and joint support throughout the cycle and pct.

If you train hard and eat right you can have a great recomp with this product.
 
I have used stand alone and got great results but I would recommend a test base.

150-250 Testosterone or 4 Andro

ive been running havoc at 40 mg and just started my 3rd week today, still not feeling any strength gains. would it be a bad idea to jump to 50mg ed from now until week 6 or is it better to stay at 40?

It wouldn't be a problem to go up. If you start experiencing sides you can always drop back down
 
So I got a whole diet plan now. I'll post if you guys wanna see. Eating 5-6 times a day, chicken/steak/fish and all green veggies. Some with rice some not. Of course 3 protien shakes.

I want a good fat burning stack now. Anyone recommend a good one?
