RPN Havoc and 11 oxo cycle advice?

I'm thinking of a Havoc and 11 oxo cycle. Patrick Arnold advocates a bridge with the 11 oxo, meaning that first the havoc is used for 4 weeks, then the 11 oxo is used for 4 weeks and then the PCT after that. But I'm thinking that means only starting the PCT 4 weeks after the havoc part of the cycle, which I'm not too sure about. Or maybe just stack the havoc and 11 oxo together from the beginning? I'm going to try get liquid nolvadex for PCT but if I can't get it will Nolvedex XT be okay? What about liquid clomid instead? Along with liquid tamox/Novedex Xt for PCT I will be taking milk thistle and fish oil and ZMA. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

11oxo is an extremely expensive substance when run for anabolic effects. at low doses it works as an excellent cortisol reducer. 2-4x the normal dose can illicit very minimal gains at most, and if anything will produce more of a recomposition/hardening effect. normal dose of adrenosterone (11-oxo) is 225mg. never take 11oxo, but have taken its target hormone, 11-ketotestosterone (starchem icon) in doses ranging from 150mg (rec) all the way to 400mg. it reduces cortisol. i wouldnt plan on it doing much more than that unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money for very few gains.

I've done research into it, but there doesn't seem to be a clear cut thing. One guy says Tamoxifen, the other guys says Clomid, the other guys says Arimidex. In you opinion what would be a good stack?

Tamoxifen or clomid to restart your testosterone..I wouldn't think you will need Arimidex...
