Hey everyone I have been training for 3-1/2 years, am 21 years old am 5 10" 220lbs right now, have been up to as much as 264 lbs, have recently dieted down and anyways now I am planning on doin a pretty lean bulk. Carbs will be around 300-350 Grams mostly from brown rice, and ezeikial bread, and all bran cereal, protein 300 Grams from extra lean ground beef, egg whites, tuna, and protein shakes. I have rpn eviserate (almost a full bottle) and am wondering if I used it on my bodyparts that like to store fat the most would it hinder my ability to build muscle in any way?
